Liam Wakeman is a litigator and transactional attorney representing individuals, businesses, property owners, contractors, and developers throughout Nebraska. His practice focuses on civil litigation, contract disputes, construction law, and real property matters. Liam regularly assists clients with negotiating and drafting contracts, resolving business disputes, prosecuting and defending construction claims, handling mechanic's lien matters, addressing real estate disputes, and providing practical legal counsel to help clients avoid litigation whenever possible. When disputes cannot be resolved outside the courtroom, Liam is a dedicated advocate committed to protecting his clients' interests through every stage of litigation.

Liam earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2023, where he completed the Business Transactions Program of Concentrated Study. During law school, he was recognized for his academic achievement as a three-time recipient (2021–2023) of both the Marvin and Virginia Schmid Scholarship and the Scarlet and Cream Scholarship for outstanding performance in business and real property law.

Liam earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2019, where he also received his commission as a United States Army Cavalry Officer through the Army ROTC program. He currently serves as a Captain in the Nebraska Army National Guard and has commanded Alpha Troop, 1st Squadron, 134th Cavalry Regiment since December 2024. Officer, and Platoon Leader. Before commissioning as an Army officer, Liam served as an Infantry Marine in the United States Marine Corps. Liam's military service has instilled the discipline, preparation, and leadership that define his approach to practicing law. Whether negotiating a complex business transaction or advocating for a client in court, he is committed to providing practical, strategic, and results-oriented representation tailored to each client's goals. Outside the office, Liam enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. As a family, they enjoy gardening, sports, hunting, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
